You may pay your fine in person at the Municipal Court Clerk’s Office. Payments can be made with check, cash, or money order made payable to Spokane Municipal Court. Currently, we are unable to accept credit/debit card payments at the Court.
Payment using your credit/debit card can be made at Official Payments Corporation (OPC). Please have your ticket number available. Note: OPC does not accept payment for Parking or Photo Red tickets.

Setting a Payment Plan
Payment plans for misdemeanor tickets are established by the Judge at time of sentencing. You may request a payment plan for an infraction ticket by appearing in person at the Clerk’s Office to setup and sign a payment agreement.

Posting Bonds
There are two types of bonds:
- Cash – Only cash or a Cashier’s check will be accepted.
- Surety – Surety bonds are obtained through an independent bonding agency. Please consult your business listings and contact a bonding agency directly for assistance.
The process for posting either a cash or surety bond depends on whether or not the defendant is currently in or out of jail.
In Jail
The Clerk’s Office accepts bonds Monday-Friday from 8:00am until 4:00pm. At all other times bonds are accepted at the Spokane County Jail.
Out of Jail
The Clerk’s Office accepts bonds Monday-Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm. The defendant must be present at the time bond is posted.
